Elyx Vodka has similar characteristics to the original Absolut, with a wheat-dominated flavor profile. Elyx also has more citrusy grapefruit notes, a silky texture with a hint of spice, and a smooth, clean finish. It’s a great vodka, so we recommend drinking it neat with ice, or sticking to simple cocktails like a Martini.
